With 20 years experience in the construction industry, Tamer brings highly developed communication and organisational skills to his projects.   He has a strong understanding of the design and construct process and is able to confidently run the all aspects of large, complex projects.  With his experience in a range of public and private enterprise projects, he performs well under pressure and has strong and effective liaison skills.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
As Managing Director he is responsible for the full Operational Sector of the company including, finances, administration, technical, design, Certification, Site Management, Design management, all different disciplines inclusive of commercial activities, Design, Site labour, safety and most importantly all aspects and direct dealing with the client and their representatives. Any concerns with contracts for the procurement of labour/subcontractor services, and the administration of those contracts to finalisation of the project to ensure they are maintained within budget, time and quality. He always is involved on projects from pre-commencement to the final account stage with clients and subcontractors.
Tamer began working for Multiplex in 1999 during the early stages of his Bachelor of Building Degree when he was employed as a Cadet on the Merchant Court Hotel and Tower apartments, a high profile 35-storey tower over the existing Grace Bros store. The project also included three levels of retail and the refurbishment of the Grace Bros store.

Following completion of the Merchant Court Hotel project, Tamer transferred to the Portside Development at Darling Harbour, where he worked on the three-level basement car park component of the project. The carpark is 1.5m below mean high water level within Sydney Harbour, complete with foundations and a pier deck to support 12 levels of residential apartments.

Tamer was promoted to Site Engineer/Contracts Administrator for the Campbelltown Hospital – Stage 2 project, a seven-storey building (West Block), located west of the existing hospital building (Central Block). Although there was the threat of it not being able to proceed due to budget constraints, the team assisted in the identification and implementation of over $200,000 for the $7m Cancer Therapy Centre without any compromise of clinical functions.

Promoted again, Tamer worked as Contracts Manager for the Fusion project, a design & construct mixed use development comprising two buildings, a new building of eighty three apartments, five commercial suites and a three level car park, and the refurbishment of a further building to contain seventy six strata title office suites.

Tamer was Contracts Manager on the Domestic Airport Multistorey Car Park. Appointed at the start-up phase of the project, he was responsible for the management and administration of contracts for the procurement of labour/ subcontractor services, and the administration of those contracts to ensure they are maintained within budget.

Tamer continued this role on the Norman Foster designed residential development, Regent Place, before moving to the Sydney Wharf project, a luxury residential development of 104 apartments located on Sydney Wharf in Pyrmont. His role continued in Pyrmont by working on the Tender of the Star Project were Tamer was appointed Commercial ,Manager over the $330 million dollars upgrade to the existing Casino.
This project was very complex as the works had to be carried out during operation of the complex. Tamer then was promoted to project Manager where he continued on the the Randwick Race course project worth $170 mil. Moving on from there Tamer continued his Role as Project manager on the prestigious 50 martin Place – Macquarie Bank Head Office $130 mil.

This project was The upgrade of the existing heritage old Bank Chamber with ground floor currently being occupied by CBA and construct new 3 storey glass dome on roof level and stripout all the existing 1o floors and re-fit-out with a new 6-star Greenstar and NABERS world class Office Fit-out. He was appointed I was appointed to this project at the early stages to manage the overall project. My role was to manage my team to operate all different disciplines inclusive of commercial activities, Design, Site labour, safety and most importantly all aspects and direct dealing with the client and their representatives. Tamer then made the decision to pursue his own business and created Logos Group and since the company has been in full operation the business has worked on a mix of commercial and residential projects. Tamers role as Managing Director is to manage the company from an overall operational sector including, finances, administration, technical, design, Certification, Site Management, Design management, all different disciplines inclusive of commercial activities, Design, Site labour, safety and most importantly all aspects and direct dealing with the client and their representatives.
