With over 20 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Logos Group is equipped for any size project. A team of skilled team professionals who specialise in quality craftsmanship, whether it is for boutique homes, renovations and extensions or commercial building projects.

Company Director

Tamer Mikhail has over 20 years experience in the industry.

In 2005, after years of working inside some of the largest and most successful building and construction organisations, Tamer Mikhail decided to pursue his own business and founded Logos Group. He has applied his extensive experience in construction project management across a mix of commercial and residential projects. He brings integrity and dedication to each and every project - delivering a quality finished product that only experience can deliver.

Tamer’s Qualifications:

  • Masters of Engineering Management, University of Technology Sydney

  • Bachelor of Building (Construction Management) University of Western Sydney

  • Diploma of Building Surveying

  • A3 – Accredited Certifier – Building Surveying Grade 3 Registration No. BPB3094

  • Certification of Shortcourse University of UTS

  • Building Licence No. 135409C

  • Member of the Australian Institute of Building

The foundations of Tamer’s experience has come from working with Multiplex - one of Australia’s largest and most successful construction companies. Many of the most iconic and important buildings and construction projects in Australia have been undertaken by Multiplex and Tamer has held several positions within the organisation that have been instrumental in many of these projects.


Experience in bringing large scale projects to life within a 20+ year career means Tamer has developed skills and understanding of the construction industry across all areas of construction - from inception and planning to hands on construction, quality control, project and budget management and tight time constraints.

Most importantly, he has honed his communication skills and organisational skills to handle any size project, with tight budget and time constraints.

From the early stages of his career at Multiplex, Tamer was recognised and promoted for his skills and workmanship. He has worked on iconic building projects such as the Grace Bros Store in Sydney’s CBD featuring three levels of retail along with a 35 level apartment complex above. He was soon after promoted to work as Site Engineer at the Campbelltown Hospital building of a seven million dollar Cancer Therapy Centre.

Moving up the ranks, Tamer worked as a Contracts Manager for on the Domestic Airport multi-story car park. Appointed at the start-up phase of the project, he was responsible for the management and administration of contracts for the procurement of labour/ subcontractor services, and the administration of those contracts to ensure they are maintained within budget.

Tamer was appointed Commercial Manager for several major projects for over 8 years from tender stage to overseeing projects including $330 million dollar upgrade of Sydney Star Casino development and Sydney Wharf project to name a few.

Tamer excelled in each of his roles within Multiplex - his career with the company spanned for over 20 years and included Project Management roles at many landmark projects including Randwick Racecourse, 50 Martin Place, Macquarie Bank Head office as well as heritage sites and cutting edge ‘green star’ and NABERS accredited building sites across Sydney.

In 2005, Tamer decided to pursue his own business and founded Logos Group. He has applied his extensive experience in construction project management across a mix of commercial and residential projects. Tamer now has a dedicated team who work together to bring integrity and dedication to each and every project - delivering a quality finished product that only experience can deliver.
